Acquisition Fees

Following an initial *engagement fee, our services are based on a success fee arrangement payable by your lawyers within 30 days following exchange of contracts or upon completion, whichever is sooner.
*The initital engagement fee is valid for a search period of 4 months and is deducted from the final success fee invoice payable.
Our typical success fees are based on property values between £1m-£250million and range from 1.5% to 2.5% of the net transaction value, excluding stamp duty & legal disbursements. Further information available upon request.
Alternative consultancy arrangements are available upon request.
All fees are subject to VAT (value added tax) at the prevailing rate as stipulated by the Government of the United Kingdom.
